Strawberry & banana peanut butter smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana (ideally frozen)

  • 7 strawberries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other approved milk)

  • 2 tbsp peanut (or almond) butter

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (from approved list)

Method

Step 1

  • Slice the banana into the bowl of a food processor, or a jug if using a hand blender. Add the strawberries, peanut powder, and nut butter, and mix until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
